PAIRED and CORAF Strategy ?

Following years of consultation, CORAF’s constituents agreed to new long-term plans in April 2018, at its 12 General Assembly in Dakar. Not only is a premium placed on CORAF’s original mission of research coordination, but the strategy also hands CORAF the mandate to facilitate the uptake of innovative technologies to achieve agricultural transformation. Component of PAIRED was essentially about strengthening CORAF to carry out this mission better. With all the plans now approved, CORAF is on a new path of institutional efficiency and financial sustainability. Components two (technology upscaling) and three (availability of agri-inputs) are directly aligned with CORAF’s new operational plan.
